Diane Delia is Foli Sim’s Operation’s Manager, based in our Melbourne studio.
While she may be based in our Melbourne Scalp Micropigmentation clinic, Diane’s role extends to managing the full extent of both of our east coast Foli Sim studios, including client management and helping to balance the busy schedules of our east coast artists, Kelly, Nat and Omar.
Diane is the daughter of Foli Sim General Manager and Founding Director, Michael Dawes, and joined the family business to further pursue her passion for superb customer service in an industry she truly cares about.
