Foli Sim has a new Operations Manager, and she’s dedicated to making sure your experience at Foli Sim is flawless.
Diane Delia, daughter of Foli Sim General Manager, Michael Dawes, has joined the family business to further her passion for superb customer service.
And because we want you to feel as confident in us as we do in each other, we’ve sat down with Diane to hear more about her experience, and what makes her so excited about scalp micropigmentation (SMP).
Hi Diane, welcome to Foli Sim! Let’s jump right in and talk about your new role in the family business.
Hi! My role at Foli Sim is split between liaising with clients and managing the East Coast clinics.
I get in touch with everyone that contacts us to see if there’s anything we can do for them and give them as much information as possible so that they can make the right decision for themselves.
As well as the appointments, I also manage the practitioners by making sure everything runs as smoothly as possible, and that our clients get plenty of time with them.
So what were you doing before you joined Foli Sim?
I was in the freight forwarding industry for nearly 12 years. My role was in customer service – if you couldn’t tell already, I love working with people!
I pride myself in my friendly manner, being prompt, and there for a client when they need me.
Tell us what made you want to be a part of the team.
Not only is Foli Sim a family business, it’s something different.
It’s good having a change after being in the same industry for nearly 12 years, and I love that we’re helping people.
What excites you most about SMP and its future?
We’ve only just scratched the surface!
Although it’s been around for years, most people have never heard of scalp micropigmentation, so I’m excited to be part of something so fresh and to see it growing.
But best of all, it’s great being involved in something that makes a difference in someone’s life.
Seeing our clients’ progress shots and hearing their experiences and the difference it makes in their lives is amazing. I’m lucky to play a part in that.
Do you think SMP is becoming a more popular hair loss solution?
Definitely! Word of mouth is extremely powerful, so ensuring our clients have a great experience and result is fundamental.
This is why Foli Sim has grown so much – people want to know more.
If anyone is considering SMP, what advice do you have for them?
For anyone considering the procedure, I’d say do your research.
Ensure you can speak directly to your artist and look at their own portfolio of work. You need to feel comfortable.
There are so many options out there now and you need to make the right decision for you.
