Six months interest-free finance

We understand, however, that a premium service comes with an investment cost, and we price our SMP treatments as competitively as possible. We encourage you to read our Testimonials and hear what past clients had to say about the cost versus satisfaction of the process.

In our bid to help you restore your confidence through SMP, we have teamed up with our financial partners, ZipMoney, to offer six months of interest-free finance on your treatments. You can read more about this option below, or contact us to speak to one of our friendly team members if you have more questions.

How do scalp micropigmentation payment plans work in plain terms?

Most men who ask about scalp micropigmentation payment plans are not asking because the total is out of reach. They are asking about timing. Hair loss does not wait for a savings goal, and a man who has spent a year or two deciding is usually ready to start before the money is sitting in one place. A plan separates the two decisions: whether to go ahead, and how to pay.

The mechanics are plain. Your course is quoted as one figure after a free consultation, and our guide to what drives scalp micropigmentation cost explains what goes into it. With interest-free SMP finance you repay that figure to the provider in instalments rather than paying us in one go, and their documents set out the conditions and any fees. Our part is the assessment and the treatment. Theirs is the credit. Yours is reading the terms before you sign.

How are SMP sessions staged, and how does the plan fit around them?

Scalp micropigmentation is built up in layers. The first session sets the hairline and lays down the base density. The scalp then needs time to settle, and when you return your artist can see how that layer has healed before adding density where it is needed and refining the hairline and tone. That is why sessions are spaced out over weeks, and why the course is planned and quoted as a whole rather than visit by visit.

Scalp micropigmentation payment plans are set against that whole course, so a session that moves for work or travel changes nothing about what you owe. If you are weighing SMP against surgery, a plan changes how the SMP side is paid, not what it costs; our hair transplant cost guide covers what sits inside a surgical quote. A refresh some years on is a separate, smaller decision, and our touch-up and maintenance page explains when men tend to book one.

How do you ask about interest-free SMP finance?

Just ask. It is an ordinary question, best raised at the consultation once your artist can put a figure to the course. Bring it up at the start rather than the end, so the treatment plan, the total and how you would like to pay are settled in one sitting. If you would rather ask first, call, text or WhatsApp us or send the enquiry form; the conversation can happen by video or phone. Four questions worth having ready:

  • What is the total for the whole course, and how many sessions does it cover?
  • How far apart will the sessions be?
  • Where do I read the finance provider's terms and fees?
  • What do I need to have ready to apply?

Asking commits you to nothing. A question about SMP finance gets the same answer at Fremantle, Double Bay and North Melbourne, all three of them health-department-certified studios of Australia's most experienced SMP clinic, and the conversation is shorter than most men expect.

I had my original scalp micropigmentation done by Kelly at the North Melbourne clinic back in 2022, and I’ve been so happy with the results. It made my hair look noticeably thicker right away, and over the years, I’ve had so many people comment on how great and natural it looks. I’m back with Kelly for a touch-up now, and the service and attention to detail are just as top-tier as the first time. Highly recommend Kelly and the Foli Sim team if you're thinking about getting SMP done.

I underwent a hair transplant that resulted in visible scars on my scalp, and over time, the transplanted hair began to fall out. Subsequently, I chose to shave my head, but the scars from the transplant were prominent, which diminished my confidence. After careful consideration, I contacted Folisim to explore their solutions for my baldness and scarring. Tara and Micheal was my point of contact and thoroughly explained the procedure, including how the scars would be concealed and the results I could expect. She was very patient and supportive throughout the process. As I traveled from a regional town to undergo my SMP treatment, Tara and Michael, were exceptionally accommodating. After the first session, I noticed a significant boost in my confidence as the visible scars on my scalp were effectively masked, giving the appearance of a freshly shaved head with a full head of hair. By the third session, I was amazed to see my original hairline restored so naturally that my colleagues began asking why I was shaving my hair when it appeared so thick and dense. This outcome reflects the high quality of the work Tara provided, which significantly increased my confidence. Had I been aware of Folisim and the SMP procedure earlier, I would have opted against a hair transplant. Overall, I highly recommend Folisim to anyone considering SMP without hesitation.
